Our aim is to provide the best customer facilities to allow you to feel relaxed, comfortable and secure to fully enjoy the Silverburn shopping experience.

Silverburn consists of five distinct shopping districts, The Crescent, The Square, The Lane, The Circus and The Garden each with their own unique shops, style and pace.

Toilets - for adults, children, families and special needs are located throughout Silverburn adjacent to Marks & Spencer and Debenhams.
Parent/Child Rooms - for parents to feed and change their children are located within each of our toilet blocks.
Seating - Seating is provided across the five districts, and within the parent/child rooms for you to rest and relax.
Cafes - Refreshments are never far away at Silverburn, there are cafes located in each our five districts.
Lifts – Silverburn is all on the one level, but public lifts are conveniently located to assist movement to the upper levels of the multi storey car park.
ATM's - located outside Marks & Spencer and at the toilet canyon within the Winter Garden.
Taxi rank - located outside the entrance at Tesco.
Parking spaces - 4,500 free car parking spaces exist with the scheme both to the front of the building and within our multi storey car park where you can enjoy direct access to the mall.
Lost property - located at our customer service desk. Should you have lost an item whilst at Silverburn please contact 0141 880 3200.

	Information at your command, A selection of guides, maps and directories are available at the Information Desk. Our InfoPods are located in each of the shopping districts, the touch screens and plasma screens carry on line guides and shopping maps. And, our on site team are here to help, just ask.
