Our members only club for younger Silverburn visitors.

We’ll give you a cool branded S-Club swim bag with a special Silverburn ruler and pencil, pen, t-shirt and goodies from Thornton's.  Don't forget to pick up your list of discounts from our customer service desk team, which can be used in our stores for money off. It’s free and it’s fun!

All you have to do is sign up on line at www.silverburn.com and pop along to the customer services desk to collect your free gift. Please make your parent or guardian aware that you are joining up and we ask that they come with you when you collect your goody bag.

All information provided will be kept safe and only used by the Silverburn team.

Kids Services
Silverburn is part of Child Safe, a safe shopping scheme designed to re-unite a lost child as quickly as possible.

How Child Safe works
Collect a free wristband from the Customer Service Desk, located in The Square outside Debenhams. Simply fill in the details including name and contact numbers and secure it to your child's wrist.

In the event that your child goes missing, call the number displayed on the Child Safe stickers or retailer windows. This will put you in touch with security who will then alert all retailers and centre staff.

Parent and Child Parking
In order to make shopping easier for you, we have dedicated parent and child parking bays on all car parks.

Buggy Loan
Our Shopmobility service located within floor 0 of the multi storey car park offers free buggy loan to all Silverburn customers: all you need to do is fill in an information form at Shopmobility.
